CCIL hires new Development Director…
Patti Blagojevich to join CCIL team
Chicago, IL – August 13, 2008 – The Chicago Christian Industrial League (CCIL) announces today that Patti Blagojevich will be joining the organization as its Development Director. She is scheduled to begin her duties the week of September 1, 2008. CCIL is a non-profit organization that’s been leading the way in empowering Chicago families for nearly 100 years.
“We’re excited that Patti will be representing CCIL as we approach our Centennial and commemorate 100 years of service to Chicago’s poorest citizens. Patti’s commitment to Chicago and her knowledge of the development community will help highlight our services,” said Judy McIntyre, CCIL Executive Director.
CCIL empowers Chicago families and individuals to overcome poverty and homelessness by teaching self-sufficiency. Families referred to CCIL are prepared to help themselves and fully benefit from CCIL’s employment readiness programs. These programs allow clients to choose careers that fit their financial goals and personal capabilities, helping them to build financial security. CCIL offers on-the-job training in foodservice and housekeeping and its award-winning landscape service.
